How Refunds Work
When refunds are processed, how long they take, and how to check the status.
When do refunds happen?
Refunds are processed once a returned item has been received and checked at our warehouse. Your return status shows Refunded the moment the refund is issued.
How long does it take?
After we issue a refund, the time for the money to appear depends on your bank or payment provider — most reflect refunds within a few business days.
Checking your refund status
- Go to Returns in your account.
- Find the return — the status shows exactly where it is in the process.
- Once refunded, the approved refund amount is shown on the return.
Refund amount questions
The refund amount is set by our team based on the return reason and the item's condition, following our returns policy (see the Policy Centre). If you believe the amount is wrong, contact support with your return reference and we'll review it.
