How to Return an Item
Start a return from your delivered order and follow it through to approval and refund.
Starting a return
- Sign in and go to My Orders (or the Returns page).
- Open the delivered order containing the item.
- Choose Request Return next to the item.
- Tell us the reason and add any notes or photos — the more we know, the faster we can help.
What happens next
- Requested — we've got your request and are reviewing it.
- Approved — the return is approved; follow the instructions sent to you for sending the item back.
- Received — the item has arrived back at our warehouse.
- Refunded — your refund has been processed.
Tips for smooth returns
- Return items in their original packaging with all accessories, where possible.
- Damaged-on-arrival or faulty items: include photos of the item and packaging.
- Include your order number in all communication so we can find your request quickly.
