Update your details, manage addresses, recover your password, and exercise your privacy rights.
Managing your details
Sign in and open My Account to manage your profile and delivery addresses:
- Addresses — add, edit or remove delivery addresses and set a default.
- Account details — update your name and contact information.
Password and sign-in issues
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot Password on the sign-in page and follow the email instructions.
- Can't sign in? Double-check the email address you registered with — or use the sign-in help from the login page.
Privacy and your data
Under POPIA you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data. Submit these via Contact Support choosing the Privacy category, and our team will handle your request.
