Warranty Claims Guide
What warranty covers, how to make a claim, and what to have ready.
What's covered
Warranty cover follows the manufacturer's or Rmade's warranty terms for the product you purchased — the specific terms for your purchase are in our returns and warranty policies in the Policy Centre.
Making a warranty claim
- Have your order number or invoice ready.
- Contact support with the category Warranty and describe the fault, including when it started.
- Add photos or a short video of the issue — this speeds up assessment significantly.
- Our team will assess the claim and arrange repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
What we may ask for
- Proof of purchase (your order number or invoice).
- A description of how the product has been used and installed.
- For electrical products, whether they were installed by a qualified installer.
