Placing Your First Order (Add to Quote)

How ordering works at Rmade

Rmade works on a quote-first flow. Instead of a traditional cart, you add products using Add to Quote. This lets our team confirm availability, delivery cost and any installation options before you pay.

Step by step

1. Browse the store and add products with Add to Quote.
2. Review and refine your quote from the quote page — adjust quantities, add notes, or save items for later.
3. Submit the quote. Our team reviews it and confirms pricing and availability.
4. Once you're happy, accept the quote and proceed to checkout to pay and place the order.

Need changes after submitting?

You can comment on a quote before accepting it, or contact support with your quote number and we'll update it for you.
